• Initial nutrition consult: (2 hours):  With a baseline assessment, we’ll create a nutritional plan for your best health starting with diet. Symptom resolution can be achieved by identifying underlying imbalances.  Includes detailed consult summary & individualized recommendations ~ $185.

• Continuing nutrition consults (60 minutes): Restoring health is a process of creating and building on change.  ~ $70. Packages available.

• Functional lab testing available: Assess for various imbalances and/or nutritional status. Optional panels include: Comprehensive blood panel, Gastrointestinal Microbial stool panel, Organic Acids Test panel, Comprehensive gluten sensitivity panel, Micronutrient test panel.

• Personal ‘Shopping For Health’ field trips*: Learn how to nutritionally navigate your local super or natural food market for most favorable selections and sourcing. 

• In-Home Kitchen Makeovers*: Give your fridge & cupboard a “makeover” and watch your health do the same!

• Body composition Testing: Is your fitness more than skin deep? Body composition is an important indicator of health and fitness status with a Biodyn 450 Bioimpedance analyzer. Single tests and packages available.
